Credits and subscriptions
Apps consume credits when calling AI models. Open My account from the avatar menu and select Credit details to review balances, usage and budgets.

Credit details has three tabs:

Filter records by the available date ranges. An app's budget and usage are also accessible through its … menu in My apps.
Credit expiry
Subscription credits arrive for the full purchased term and expire with the subscription. An upgrade replaces the subscription allowance and deducts credits already consumed during the current subscription. Renewing the same plan adds credits.
Referral rewards, top-ups, signup grants and redeemed credits remain independent. Each retains its own expiry date; credits marked permanent do not expire with the subscription.
Upgrades, renewals and seats
Membership level, purchased period and team seats can stay the same or increase. Teams cannot switch back to personal plans. Upgrades, personal-to-team changes and additional seats all deduct the current subscription's accumulated payments from the new plan price, capped at that price.
Every upgrade or renewal adds the full purchased duration to the existing expiry date. For example, a subscription expiring November 1 becomes December 2 after purchasing another 31 days. A purchase after expiry starts when payment succeeds.
The confirmation shows price, credit applied, subscription credits already consumed and the new expiry date. Orders retain their confirmed pricing snapshot; usage incurred before payment is still deducted.
Teams support up to 50 people including the owner. Members share the owner's credits and storage. Adding seats replaces the current seat count; renewals do not accumulate storage capacity. Use More beside the seat selector for additional team options.
Set an app budget
Set a spending limit in App usage or the app budget screen. AI requests can be blocked when the budget is insufficient. Check both account credits and the app's remaining budget.

Account balance and app budget are checked separately
An app can run out of budget while the account still has credits. Team members may also be limited by member allowances and team entitlements.
Subscribe or redeem
- Subscription plans: open Plans for current prices, allocations and billing periods. The live page is the source for these settings.
- Activation codes: select Redeem code in Credit details, follow the prompts and confirm the credits arrived.
App purchases, platform subscriptions and AI usage credits each follow their own page's terms.
